What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members to support each child's progress.
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
No ABA experience required. We are looking for candidates who have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for working with children
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Dependability and professionalism
- A willingness to learn and receive feedback
- Ability to actively engage with children, sit on the floor, stand frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Fast Track ABA Center offers a wide range of behavior analysis services for children with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, delays in verbal or nonverbal communication, social skills, and daily living skills. We specialize in early intervention, and create individualized functional based plans using structured-play and intensive teaching intervention to teach life long skills.
